what do you do when medications are contraindicated?
Zomig (zolmitriptan) 5 mg.
And, unlike Imitrex, which is only effective at the START of a migraine, Zomig works at any point after the onset of the headache!
Topamax helps to PREVENT the number and severity of migraines one experiences. It does not help once a headache is in progress.

I think topamax is the best. I don’t know how good it is for migrans, but i know they prescribe it for them and It also helps you loose weight. You are always thirsty.
